Week 3 · LISTENING
Listening — Silence is a discipline. Use it.
Listening is a muscle. Most Christians live at level 1 or 2 (habitual or attentive). Jesus lived at level 4 (generative). This week you practice generative listening — the kind that helps the other person hear themselves think. No fixing, no scripture-cannon, no advice — just reflection.

Week 4 · LOVE (halfway point)
Love — Serve them tangibly, or you don't really mean it.
Halfway point. Love in Pull Up is a verb, not a feeling. Agape shows up with a meal, a ride, a yard, a babysitter. This week every squad member commits to ONE tangible act of love for their Three. Including you. Watch for squad fatigue too — halfway is where people fade if nobody names it.

Uplift — Say the word. Name the name.
Uplift is the moment you name Jesus in the middle of what you're already doing. Not a sermon. A sentence. 'I have been praying for you.' 'Can I pray for you now?' This week you practice saying it out loud.

HUDDLE — Practice the Two Sentences
This Sunday, post-service· 30 min
Pair up. One person says out loud to the other: 'I have been praying for you.' Mean it. Then asks: 'Can I pray for you now?' and prays a 30-second prayer. Trade. Debrief — it's awkward the first time. That's the point. Reps make it natural.

Squad — Huddle Sunday. This week we practice two sentences out loud that most Christians never say: 'I have been praying for you' and 'Can I pray for you now?' Awkward at first, natural by Thursday. See you Sunday.
