What Pull Up is.
The Pull Up Movement is a season where our whole church stops running programs and starts pulling people up to Christ — one relationship at a time, using the way God wired you.
You will not be asked to preach on a corner. You will not be asked to memorize theology. You will be asked to show up, speak life, and bring three people in. Everything on this page is designed to make that job doable, starting today.
Take the Personality Assessment
Find out how God wired you to reach people. Thirty questions, six styles, results on the spot. Then read the full profile of your primary style.
Name Your Three
Write down three specific people in your life you will pray for, invest in, and eventually invite. Not general. Names. Faces. Numbers in your phone.
Build Your Testimony (30 sec / 2 min / 5 min)
Use the guided six-step wizard. The 30-second version is the one you carry into every conversation. Every style needs a testimony — even the Street Preacher.
Your Weekly Rhythm
What Pull Up actually looks like in a normal week.
- SundayCome to service. Sit with your Squad. Hear the teaching for the week.
- MondaySend one text to one person on your Three. No agenda. Just presence.
- Mid-weekMeet with your Squad for the 30-minute Huddle. Report on your Three. Pray for each other by name.
- Any dayOne act of love or service for somebody on your Three. Meal, ride, visit, prayer.
- Every dayPray for your Three by name. Sixty seconds. That is the whole prayer.
The Know Your Style Guide
Six full profiles — how each style flows, its superpower, its trap, and what to try today. Open this after you take the assessment. Come back to it any time.
The Chapter Reader
Read the book on your phone. Chapters 1–5 abbreviated. Chapters 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 21, 29 in full. Your Coach will tell you which chapter is up each week.
The 8-Week Campaign Calendar
See the whole campaign at a glance. What’s happening each Sunday, each Squad Huddle, and what you’re asked to do each week with your Three. Launch to Event Day.
The Pull Up Zone — Weekly Focus
Step into the Zone. Every week the app features one component of the framework — Presence, Understanding, Listening, Love, Uplift, Prayer, then Follow-up and Salvation. Five-minute read. The BIG IDEA, an anchor Scripture, and one specific practice for your Three.
