The short version.
Pull Up is a season where the whole church stops running programs and starts pulling three specific people up to Christ — each. Not the whole church. Each member. Three people. By name.
It is not a curriculum. It is not a small-group study. It is a movement of relational evangelism organized around six styles God gave the church, and it runs for one campaign per year.
The Core Thesis
Programs plateau because we forgot to be the church.
Most evangelism strategies fail because they treat every believer like a Street Preacher. They are not. God gave your church six styles — Street Preacher, Professor, Witness, Friend, Inviter, Servant — and every member has a primary. When people evangelize from their gifting instead of from the pulpit's script, the whole church starts to move.
Pull Up organizes that movement. Coaches lead Squads. Squads pray for Threes. Threes get invited into the room.
Every tool in this Hub is HTML that runs in a browser. No SaaS, no per-seat fees, no accounts. You host it on Netlify for free.
You need one lay leader who runs the Coach Huddle each week. Not staff. A trusted volunteer with a clipboard mindset.
Ratio, not headcount. If you have 40 committed members, you need 8–10 Coaches. If you have 15, you need 3.
One campaign per year. Not a permanent structure. Squads dissolve at the end. Members can rejoin next year with a new Three.
The Rhythm
8 weeks. Launch Sunday to Event Day. Follow-up sits outside the 8.
Prep (2–3 weeks before Week 1)
Pastor casts vision from the pulpit. Air the launch video. Recruit Coaches quietly. Private Coach Kickoff training happens the week before Launch. Squad assignments made.
Launch Sunday
Vision cast + every member takes the Personality Assessment. Squad assignments announced. First Squad Huddle mid-week.
The PULL UP Framework (6 weeks)
One P per week: Presence, Understanding, Listening, Love, Uplift, Prayer. Each week has a Sunday teaching, a Squad Huddle topic, and a specific touch each member makes on their Three. Coaches send Tuesday three-line reports.
Pull Up Sunday — Event Day
Members bring their Three. Public invitation. Decisions made and celebrated. Names go to the Follow-Up Lead by Monday.
The 30 / 60 / 90 Day Pathway
Every guest who came on Pull Up Sunday is tracked through the 90-day Integrate / Instruct / Invest pathway by the Follow-Up Lead. This is where new members become disciples.
